Cancellation Policy
At K and R Entertainment, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled event. However, if you cancel less than 72 hours of the day of the event, you will be charged the full rental cost. We encourage you to notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and equipment reservations. Cancellation does not include the non-refundable deposit. A booking voucher can be received in the case of a cancellation.
